TD UPDATE ALERT – I’ve been a busy remix benjamin bee and have finished a dance remix for an American singer called Kaci Battaglia. It’s for a competition over at Electroqueer, and it sounds like the winner will get pimped royally at masterbeat.com, which will be cool..

Concurrently, I have been searching for mastering engineers for Bim’s new album, and found Nilesh Patel at The Exchange studios in Soho. We had a nice chat about Bjork (he mastered Homogenic) and I grinned a lot. What a nice chap indeed.

So that’s why nutjobs go to Iceland

Last night I went to The Place to see Erna Ómarsdóttir’s latest dance work, Teach Us To Outgrow Our Madness. Those of you who like to keep up to date with your Icelandic choreographers-cum-emo bands, might recognise the name from Poni, who Ómarsdóttir fronts. Usually in spandex.

Ómasdóttir’s show is weird, hairy, feminist and intense. Kind of like Bjork when she does extra weird stuff, but dance. They also do a screamo song at the end, which is always a bit of fun.

It’s on tonight too, I recommend you go and see it.
