Hello!

If you were up late you might have spotted DD’s tweet about the new track we’ve been working on for the – hold your breath – new EP/album. It’s is super very extremely early stages at the moment BUT! I will tell you that the working title for this track is ‘Burn’ and it’s one of six new songs that we’ve been in the studio from about 9am-12midnight everyday working on through April. We’ve got googley eyes and we’ve pretty much gone on a crash diet of smoothies and Galaxy Counters. But it’s worth it! I swear!

We’re going to be playing a few of these new songs at our next couple of gigs, so come down and see us if you can make it. We always love to see you in the crowd : )

Scream Acoustic – Out Now!

We released the video for the acoustic version of Scream yesterday. We know there’s a heap of you that love the chilled out downtempo stuff, so this one’s especially for you…

We filmed it with our friends Jack and Mike of SeaLegs. Jack’s an old school friend turned video-directing awesomehuman, who is currently working with Frank Turner filming his every move. We shot this together a little while back in one of the big old buildings in Bath.

The Scream video is out tomorrow. It’s all kinds of exciting and scary all at once. Above is a snap of us mid-shoot in the car park of the creepy abandoned Chinese shopping centre we used as a location. There aren’t many places in the world that make me look over my shoulder expecting to see a zombie. It’s safe to say that abandoned Chinese shopping centres are one of them.

Hello Dolly

That’s DD in the right-angled-metal-thingies isle in Wickes working out which right-angled-metal-thingies we need.

While we’re in the middle of releasing Scream, we’re buzzing behind the scenes preparing for the next single. This week we’re mostly building a bespoke camera dolly for the next video shoot with pipes, metal thingies and skateboard wheels.

We’re killing to get on with the new vid, but right now, a lot depends on finding the right metal thingies.
